communication throughout the processes was lacking. repairs took longer than anticipated with very little communication as to why. When repairs were completed, I found out from the rental car company. I had not even been told the vehicle was out of paint and being reassembled let alone would be ready for pickup.

The job is not complete yet. A non-OEM part was installed on the car and it does not fit the car properly. An OEM part was ordered and it will hopefully arrive next week, for installation. I will have to come back, to have the OEM part installed. Also, two other panels do not join correctly and these will have to be correctly fitted together.

The whole team was great!! From the beginning of the transaction to the keys being placed back into my hands at the end was stellar experience. Jaime was the gentleman who walked me through the repairs and kept me up to date regarding the arrival of parts to the completion of the repairs. As a matter of fact he communicated with me daily. It lessened my anxiety and worry of what was happening on a daily. Thank You Jaime and the team!!
