I am very satisfied with the whole experience. It’s extremely stressful when you are in an accident and caliber took a lot of that stress away. They were in constant communication every step of the way and made everything very easy and smooth not to mention my car looks great. I highly recommend Caliber.

Am over the moon happy with my experience at this location. They deserve a 10+ of a scale of 1-10. From scheduling, reception of the vehicle, regular meaningful updates, and contact from the service manager directly, as well as the end result, it could not have been better. Chose this location because their Yelp rating was higher than most everyone and the highest of the places recommended by USAA. My last Caliber experience was in Morgantown, WV, where I live. A woman drove into my left front fender of my 2018 Ridegeline. From beginning to end they were painful to deal with. The receptionist always sounded like she was being bothered by my call. Saw the service manager for my vehicle when I dropped it off and only on request as I picked it up. At pickup was only by my request because the original manager had agreed to look at a couple of areas that need touchup paint. He told the receptionist to note that and I observed her write it on the paperwork. At pickup the original manager was out and the manager who looked at the area said he would get me and estimate, but no information ever received. To top off the experience they anticipated 4 weeks, bur actually took 8 weeks due to poor staffing. Seems half their repair staff was out all the time. Highly recommend the 14150 Caliber location -- 10 gold stars. William K
