Customer Service A+++, I just had my Scion in for repair. I was working with Robert and he communicated throughout the whole process from parts being ordered to the Scion being ready which I got back 1 day earlier than was quoted. Not that I enjoyed being in an accident, but because of it, I was able to meet the amazing people that work at this location. They were all so friendly, took the time to go over everything that needed to be done, and made the process completely seamless. I hope I never need my car repaired again, but I would absolutely come back to this location. Major shoutout to the gentleman that I worked with on the estimate. I can’t remember his name, but he is very friendly and clearly loves his job and truly cares about every customer that walks in the door.

I would absolutely recommend this particular Caliber Collision to friends and family. I would never recommend the one over in Gainesville though. However, the whole experience was night and day difference. In fact, I was telling someone about the great service, and they actually had the same experience with this shop and the other shop I am talking about. No Surprise, they loved this shop and said how awesome the service and work was, but they also said the one in Gainesville was horrible, they had the same experience as me, they could not get them to fix the car properly, treated the customer bad, and all-around poor service over there. However, this one, heck yeh. I would gladly bring my car back here, as well as recommend them.

Both James and Jamie, went above and beyond with their customer service and customer relations. Robert was also super friendly as well as another lady in the office that I did not catch her name. I am pleased with the work done to repair my car, so much better than when many years ago I had to visit another Caliber that was in Gainesville VA, that was a nightmare. So I was nervous in general about taking my car to my mercury insurance preferred repair shop, but wow I had a night and day different experience. I will highly recommend this caliber shop, they also fought and worked with my insurance to prevent a total loss, which would have devastated me. With that said some after market parts had to be used which are not a perfect fit but it is an old car and they made it look amazing overall. I can honestly say my car looks way better than it did before the accident. I cannot say that about the caliber in Gainesville, I will never go to that shop ever again, however I will gladly take my car back to this Caliber on Willard, the customer service was way above and beyond,... The repair work looks really nice as well. The guys and ladies at this Caliber took a scary situation for me and turned it into as pleasant an experience as it could be given the fact I had a wrecked car. I would like to give all the employees of this Caliber Collision and BIG round of applause. Thank You So Much for treating me like I was a top notch #1 customer through the entire process. I really cannot say enough, but I need to wrap this up. THANK YOU SO MUCH, for the excellent service and repair work...

The shop-level customer service was fantastic! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. The corporate-level customer service was at times awkward - sometimes sending repeat texts or incorrect information. The shop, though, always had things straight.

Caliber showed a lot of care and attention to detail with our repairs. I received txt message updates frequently throughout the process and whole time my car was in caliber’s care. Upon completion, the car looked better than the day we drove it off the dealership’s lot!!
