Only spoke to service writer on date I dropped truck off. She listed it in fair condition which I disagree with. Tailgate would not open properly and 4x4 badge was left off the tailgate. However, I spoke with the manager and he took care of both of those issues promptly.

It shouldn’t take a body shop a month to get a door handle for. 2012 Chevy truck. After the delay the work was completed with no issues but waiting a month is pretty unacceptable.

My car looked just as good as when I bought it. The paint matched perfectly and the damaged parts replaced. Nicole is the most pleasant person to deal with, even sent messages to let me know about the progress of the repairs. Thank you for taking good care of my vehicle.

I love the work. It’s nice to have my truck back. The accident wasn't even my fault and you made this unwanted situation smooth and stress free.
