Great service with a friendly staff. They finished my car before the estimated date. I also had a family emergency having to leave it there longer then expected. They were very kind about the situation. Thank you caliber staff

I really appreciated the text message updates so i wasnt sitting wondering what was taking place or having to make multiple calls to find out. That texting was quite helpful. The team at the Chapin location went above and beyond! Easily the BEST experience I've ever had with a service organization, ket alone a body shop. FANTASTIC service and everyone was professional and beyond courteous! Don't go anywhere else if you need your vehicle repaired !

The office manager was organized and efficient. It was very clear that she knew her subject matter inside and out, and she was very detail oriented. The collision technicians did a great job on my vehicle, and I was so pleased when I picked it up that not only the outside, but also the inside of the vehicle had been detailed and cleaned. It was a wonderful experience and it was coordinated and without any delays. Would highly recommend!
