It’s all on the Google review and in the email I replied to when the GM reached out. It’s wearying to continue to restate it and relive it. Basically will NEVER use Caliber again and I have been very vocal about it.

Read my 1 star gooogle review or the email sent to the manager of the Chapin location OR the last survey I filled out less than a week ago. You guys are BROKEN. Wouldn’t recommend you repair a bike much less a car.
