They did a great job. However, when my car was hit, the rubber strip on top of my bumper was pulled up and out of shape. They did not replace it with a new one, but rather reused the original strip. Now, in the center where it was damaged, it does not lay flat as if glued down. It is coming up in that area. My concern is that with weather, dirt, car washes, etc., it will continue to lift up. He explained the part just slips into grooves. My issue is that it wasn’t loose before the wreck, so it should not be that way now. I want it replaced.

Brittany, the service advisor, maintained awesome communication on vehicle status and was great to deal with. Marah, the office manager, kept the interaction painless and light hearted at the same time. Both ladies were a pleasure to deal with. The repair looked flawless, too. Very happy I choose Caliber in Chapin as the repair shop. Will refer to others to this lication in the future.
