The absolute worst experience I have had as a car owner.

They were evasive and deceptive. I received text messages telling me that they started work on my car, the work was in progress and a date my car was to be finished. They took the car apart like some curious kids and didn’t do anything.

Absolutely wonderful to work with from the front desk, daily text updates and quality of work. Ours was an insurance claim (not our fault and not our insurance) and it was a great process. They gave us a realistic timeframe to complete the repairs however, they finished the repairs ahead of schedule.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the repairs and professionalism. I gave a 8 because there is a couple of small imperfections in the paint. An example, If you run your finger over the paint, something got stuck (piece of dirt,small particle) while they were doing the paint or clear coat leaving small bump on the hood. Can only see it if you're looking for it and about 6 inches from the vehicle. Did a good job matching paint. Overall did nice work.
