I was told when I dropped my car off that they would have geico look at my car that day because I got hit by someone. 5 days later a receptionist calls me and tells me I need to call the insurance company of the guy who hit me to make a claim. I have never once had to call someone else's insurance in these situations. Not until I called the establishment and let them know how upset I was about the whole situation did any progress get made on my car. After I called and expressed how annoyed I was I did not hear from caliber collision only from geico about the progress of my car. I called the ford dealership that refered me here and told them not to refer anyone else to this place it was hands down the worst experience at a body shop that I have ever had. It took more than a week to get my car back, but when I took my car anywhere else for as minor damage as it had it would take 3 or 4 days tops

They really were great threw out the entire experience. Very knowledgeable and help full. And did everything they could to make the experience as painless as possible. I will definitely recommend Caliber to friends and family, Excellent job!
