Couldn’t have had a better experience with the staff. The front office staff was extremely helpful in coordinating and managing the communication with the rental agency. Armando in the S. Blvd. Location in Charlotte provided excellent service from start to finish, clearly communicating the expectations and next steps along the way verbally and via the SMS communication. He was a pleasure to work with and was very professional; definitely deserving of opportunities for advancement.

Armando was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the entire process extremely easy and was very helpful when answering questions about the process. I will definitely recommend anyone I know to this location to receive the heightened quality experience for repairs due to Armando’s professionalism. He is deserving of advancement opportunities for sure. The front office team was very helpful the entire end to end experience of rental coordination, contract signing and communication of next steps. They will also be a reason why I recommend people to this store.

Safety radar “blocked”. Smart cruise control disabled. Smart brake regeneration disabled. Radar operational for the first few miles, then a message pops up saying “radar blocked” and everything starts shutting down.
