It took over 30 days to get my car with a scratch in the back door repaired. I often got texts messages telling me “2 more days” it just kept being 2 more days until over 30 days passed.

This is hard for me- the time was far too long. I felt lied to by text each every other day. BUT the woman who called me every few days was INCREDIBLY nice on the phone. She had terrible news to report, but was so very nice. I give her a 100 out of 10.
