Car initially returned me with a nail in the tire, so it had to remain over the weekend until the tire could be replaced. A bird had pooped inside my car (backseat, driver’s side). Had to bring my car back because a small part was on back order that had to be repaired, and had also pointed out a couple other small things to address that were missed.

I was an impressed by Justin’s ability to get my car in, estimate the damage, follow up with me each day, AND get it done in THREE days with having to order parts. He then made sure the black paint matched the rest of the car and wasn’t flat black. Justin was transparent about the entire process and over delivered on my expectations. He was so nice he even offered to stay late so I could get my car. People like Justin restore faith in the communities trust with automotive repair stores and showcases the true value of having good, quality, representation at your place of business.
