Having a car accident is stressful, and trying to figure out what should happen afterwards (ie. car repair) can be just as overwhelming. The biggest concern for me was getting my car fixed, having it fixed well so that it never looked like it was in an accident, AND having it all done in a timely fashion. My insurance company worked directly with Calibur Collision, and that did help expedite the process. From the start, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient the whole process was. Bill was my advisor, and he walked me through the steps of what I should expect. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient and happy to help. He explained how long it would take and what I should expect. Bill also coordinated the rental car for me and that was another step that helped the entire process run smoothly. I’ve had the car now for a few days, and I have been very pleased with the work. Thanks Bill and Calibur Collision for making the experience easy and stress free.
