My car was in your shop for four (4) weeks. After first week you constantly fed me with promises to deliver it i a couple of days. This resulted in significant inconvenience in my life and in disraption of my plans. Because of your constant false promises I missed two doctors appointments and had to repeatedly rent a car for two days. Shame!

The Rock Hill location was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs-- in the future, even if it takes longer, I would likely request for Rock Hill to do my repair as I believe most of the confusion came from miscommunication from the South Tryon location.
