The team at Caliber was so helpful. I was talking with Jess about the issues I was having with the other party’s insurance company and she was able to help expedite the process with them. The exterior of my car looks great. When I went back to CC to deliver the insurance check, Ben personally finsihed up the touch up work as promised. The interior of my car was spotless!

Everyone was AMAZING from Jess to Rita (the 2 people that I dealt with) were so friendly and kind. They took care of everything for me, even offered to call the rental company for me since I was at work to let them know the repair was taking longer than expected. Every update they gave me was timely and extremely professional and courteous.
