I appreciate that the interior of the car was tidied up, and apparently vacuumed. I had the back seat folded down because we’re moving, and the seat was put back in the upright position with all the loose stuff that was behind the driver/passenger seats stuffed into the trunk. Also stuck in the trunk was a small plastic trash bag from the front seat of my car. Maybe a bit more common sense could have been used to not stick everything in the trunk. It was a minor inconvenience, and overall I had a pleasant experience with Caliber.

I never expected to feel good about spending money on a car repair but That is only a testament to the top notch team at the Westpark Dr location. My service advisor, Benjamin Elledge went over my car, told me what repairs were needed and gave me a true estimate of cost. He was professional, knowledgeable and allayed any concerns about using a company I was unfamiliar with. Just commendable all around and exemplary customer service--he and Chris delivered my car to me without hesitation! I could not ask for a better experience and would whole heartedly recommend this particular team to anyone who asks.
