So far I have no complaints. I am very please with the service, communication, kindness and quality of the service. I would definitely return to caliber collision if I ever need repair work again. Caliber was recommended by my sister and I glad I listened to her.

So far I am very pleased with the communication, kindness, and quality of service. No offense hopefully I won’t need Caliber collision anytime soon. But if I do need repairs in the future I would definitely return to this particular repair shop on 8620 Hankins Rd in Charlotte, NC. My sister is the one who recommended this particular caliber collision.
