My front bumper is not completely attached correctly, also the rubber on the drivers side looks like someone carved something in it. I showed Erin a part under the front bumper that was hanging down before I left. After Erin attempted to shove it in, Mark advised her to drive it into the shop, and I was advised a hook needed to be put it to fix it. I left and stopped and got gas, I looked over the car again, and noticed my front bumper was loose, so I took my car back up there and was told to bring it back Tuesday or Wednesday because everyone had left. I called and spoke to Marc and advised him of the damage to the rubber on the drivers side and he advised me someone will take a look at it when I bring it in. My car was with Caliber for over a week and I was told my car was completed last night and inspection was done before I came to make sure everything was done correctly. Cars are not my speciality and I should not have been able to noticeably see my car was repaired incorrectly, especially when I was told it was inspected after the repairs. I paid a lot of money for my vehicle, I entrusted my car with this company and the exterior of my front bumper and rubber on the drivers side was very dissatisfying to say the least.
