The repair was tremendous. It almost looks like a brand new car. The only issue: when they were cleaning up the car this morning, they apparently took it through the car wash & left the two back windows cracked which allowed for standing water in the back floor. I’m trying desperately to soak up the water so there won’t be mildew in back which will cause the car to smell!!

Initially I was happy on Geico’s end with being able to get me an appointment to get my car inspected and In a rental all in the same day but the repairs were consistently delayed. I understand things happen but when the car was retuned to me there was still class in my vehicle when my window had been broken and even on the seat. There Motto is to return the vehicle as if nothing had never happened to the vehicle but that wasn’t the case for my Vehicle. Could of been better, minor issues

The updates/communication was above average. However, the work was not exceptional and Caliber somehow creates an issue with the driver-side door. The buttons for fuel and truck are no longer working. Also, upon pickup, the interior had a foul order and scuff marks from the worker on the fabric. The car exterior was also filthy l
