The work on my car was ok but could have been better. Thought bumper was going to be replaced with a new one not the same old bumper with dents hammered out. Since you all work for and with the insurance company, you do what they tell you instead of satisfying the customer.

I would recommend Caliber. The only negative comment I have is that the waiting room wasn’t the cleanest. I didn’t even sit in the chairs because the were dirty and hair animals and human hair all over them. It only takes a few minutes to vacuum them off. That makes me wonder if they even clean out the popcorn machine (I did not get any). Thank you for servicing my car!
