The vehicle looks and drives great. The continued delays were somewhat expected but more accuracy on timing would have helped me make a better informed decision about a rental car. 1 week vs 3 is a big difference and all delays were communicated less than 24 hours before the previously committed completion date.

The staff is extremely friendly. I was kept informed the entire way if my car would be ready on time and when there was a delay with my repairs. Jason was also very friendly and enjoyed good small conversation. You have a great team at Caliber.

The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The repair came out looking brand new. I also really appreciated that my car was cleaned before pickup, that was a great touch. Communication was clear throughout, Cindy and the team made the process easy. Really solid work all around.
