When I received my repaired vehicle, you could never tell that it had been involved in any collision whatsoever. The paint matched perfectly, and my vehicle had been very well cleaned to make sure I returned to my car with a warm welcome.

My experience with Caliber Collision went well from being to end. I received updates about my vehicle without my having to call. John was amazing to work with and in kept me on top of everything that was going on with my vehicle. And I appreciate him for taking great care of my vehicle and sending me home with my vehicle cleaned inside and out. Along with the young lady at the front desk (I forgot her name), she was a pleasure as well.

John O my tech point of contact was great. I also appreciated the texting updates with the links. I'm also super grateful that the repairs were finished earlier than anticipated! And also the fact that you guys take the rental car back for me was huge. The only thing I would have liked even more is instead of just having access to the summary of damage and repairs. It would have been nice to see photos and have a little bit more itemized information along the way so I wasn't in the dark on what was going on with my vehicle. I did get a long breakdown with John when I picked it up but at that point the work had already been done so it would have just been nice to know kind of along the way. Very pleased overall!
