I wasn’t satisfied because the job on my car was extremely simple, yet it still wasn’t done correctly. The plastic part on one side—the one that was replaced—has a small chip on it. More importantly, the same part on the opposite side (the right side of the car) now has a broken clip and is not sitting in place properly, even though that side was completely undamaged before. It seems the clip was broken during removal and reinstallation, and it wasn’t replaced. On the pickup day, the staff member— I believe her name was Lenny—told me she would order the replacement part and call me when it arrives so I can come in and have it fixed. I hope it has already been ordered, and I would appreciate it if you could call me when it’s ready.

My wife thinks she hears a swishing sound but it is so quiet that I can’t hear it. Her friend and our son also hear it. If it doesn’t go away in a few days, we will probably take it back to Caliber.
