Great personable and knowledgable staff. We were very pleased with service and completed repairs. And I must add on that I was impressed regarding their initial estimated time for completing the repairs in which were completed 2 days earlier! Other Charlottesville auto repair shops that I have been to, within the past 4 years, had my car for over a year and then totaled it and then a 6 month repair for hood damage from a deer jumping out unseen. I am not exaggerating at all!

As a single female, most of my car repair experiences have felt a bit sketchy or at least very disorganized. But I had the complete opposite experience with Caliber and Lenny. Lenny made the entire process so painless and took time to treat me with care and kindness as a human. It felt like having my favorite uncle taking care of my car the enire process. He kept me updated throughout the process with the perfect amount of communication. My car looked just as good as the day I bought it when I picked it up and it was ready in half the estimated time. Melissa (I think that's her name) at the front desk created a warm and inviting atmosphere and I honestly felt like I wanted to sit and have coffee and do my work here instead of Starbucks. I so appreciate the time, communication, kindness, and personalized touches that I received and will be recommending Caliber and Lenny to everyone I know that needs body work.
