I was completely satisfied with the repair on my Lexus, HOWEVER, when I left my car there, it had at least one half a tank of gas. When I drove home, about 6 miles, my tank was nearly empty. How did that happen?

Hands down, great customer service! Everyone is always so friendly and meets you with a warm smile! Marco and his team were AMAZING!! 10 out of 10 experience overall. Melissa, at the front desk also beams so much positivity when dealing with a crisis with vehicles so she was awesome to work with as well. Although I don’t know everyone’s name that has helped me but I remember faces and I thank you all for all of your efforts and helping me each time there was an issue.
