Every employee of Caliber that I had contact with was friendly, professional, helpful and knowedgeable. It was a pleasure having you work on my car. In addition to the administrative staff, those employees who did the work did an excellent job! I did not interact with any of them, but the car looks beautiful - as though they cleaned up other little spots that had occurred through the years. I was definitely impressed. Great job! Taking my car in 2 days before I had to head out for a 2 week work & vacation trip was so stressful. It needed a lot of body work for scrapes & dents. The only reason I couldn’t drive it was the lining of the front wheel well loose and I was unsure if the alignment and brakes had been damaged. The manager at Caliber heard my concern and frustration and said “We’ll try to make it drivable by the end of the day.” He called over his technician told what I needed and the fellow looked at it and said he could get it done. An hour or so later I got a call giving me a time to pick it up that afternoon and they even waited a few minutes for me to get there from work! Stellar! When I returned to my scheduled service they had already gotten what they’d need to do the repairs which had to be done in lots of stages to make it look like new again. The estimate was about 14 work days initially and I got a call that it was almost finished at 8 days! I was working too late on the 9th day when they called shortly after lunch! Early on the 10th day I was able to pick it up and it’s as if nothing ever happened.The inside of my car was vacuumed too, as well as a nice wash and wax.
