The auto work is great. It is everything else (poor communication, dirty interior of the car) that would cause me to hesitate.

The repair work that was done on our trunk after a fender bender was very well done and it looked brand new. The outside was nice and clean, but unfortunately the inside was not. The back seats were covered in dirt and there was a distinct dirty footprint on one of the seats. Mystery gunk was dried on the inside of one of the doors and there were stains on two of the seats from a mystery liquid. The inside of the car also smelled strongly of chemicals. After returning home, it took approximately 45-50 minutes of dry brushing the seats, vigorously wiping seats and doors with a washcloth soaked in a cleaning solution to remove the dirt, gunk, and stains, and attempting to remove the strong chemical odor. So while we were satisfied with the actual repair work that was done, we were not impressed with the lack of care in maintaining the cleanliness of our vehicle.

I was impressed with how quickly they reached out to me to provide updates on the work and progress. However, I asked 3 different times to get an estimate on an unrelated repair and each time I was promised an estimate by the end of the day. I still have not received any communication on that front. Additionally, communication throughout the process was not ideal. We were told our vehicle was going to be ready by a certain day, only to be delayed again and again, leading to a delay of approximately a week. Because of this repeated miscommunication, we were left to scramble to find transportation the day before an important appointment, as we had already returned the rental car we were using. We understand that there are sometimes unexpected delays and things beyond the control of the company, however, to have this happen multiple times was extremely frustrating.

The reservoir for the window washing fluid was damaged in the accident and it leaks and does not hold water. The repair representative has ordered a new one and believes the repair shop can install it in short order.

We were initially unsure about working with this company as this was a new company in town. However, they were very courteous with us at all times, very efficient with their work, kept us informed about all the progress of the work with brief but informative messages and the delivery of work was superb. Great work, just awaiting for the pain to settle for the final appearance. we are aware that color of my car was difficult to match, and they matched it perfectly. You can tell that they worked hard and enjoyed delivering a great service.
