I was/am 99% satisfied and happy with the repair to our 2018 Toyota RAV 4. But when I showed up to pick up the car and there is a piece of plastic molding not properly installed, it is a bit disturbing. The molding was sticking up in the air, not attached to the windshield properly. An obvious error in repair, so obvious that I noticed it when I first looked at the car. How could your staff not have not noticed it? It took one of your repair guys about 5 minutes to correct the problem so fine. But such an obvious problem leaves a customer wondering “how could something so obvious be missed? Is there anything else that is not correct?” Like I said, I am 99% satisified and the staff that I dealt with were great. Repair completed in a timely manner, all is good.

There is a piece of plastic molding that is NOT INSTALLED properly. It was said to be “fixed” prior to picking up our car. It was not properly fixed and the part looks like it might fall off at any moment. Not Okay!
