I cannot say enough about how amazing my experience has been with Caliber! They have been friendly, professional, and surpassed my expectations in every way. Not only was my car completely repaired to brand new in a few days (finishing earlier than the initial estimate), they actually vacuumed and cleaned the interior so that it also looked brand new! Thank you for making this whole process easy and enjoyable!! The whole team is amazing!

Our kids were recently involved in an accident where the other driver ran a red light causing the seat belts to lock and front end damage. I contacted our insurance agency, Progressive, regarding repairs. The adjuster referred us to another repair location. Upon looking them up, I was not impressed with their reviews. I saw Caliber Collision, read their reviews and contacted my insurance adjuster saying that I wanted to go to this location. Thank you to all who posted favorable reviews as we are new to the area and they made our decision easy. Our adjuster called Caliber Collision and said she had made arrangements for me to drop off the vehicle. Upon arrival at Caliber Collision, I was informed that all the adjuster had done was to ask if they had any openings and hung up. They had no information about the car, our accident, etc. Rather than tell us they couldn't help us, Melissa, asked her team members if they could help us. She told us they had someone from Progressive that they worked with and that they would contact him. Meanwhile we found out that it should have gone through the other driver's insurance. The other insurance company was slow to move on the estimate so George wrote the estimate himself and submitted it to the insurance which greatly aided in speeding up the repairs. I appreciated the text updates as to the status of the parts and the repairs that George continued to provide. We just picked up the vehicle and it looks amazing! Thank you to George, Melissa and the Caliber Collision team. We are very happy customers!
