If any attempt at making it better, like returning my deductible was offered then that would change my mind. But after multiple delays nothing was offered from a customer service perspective.

Honestly, from drop off to pick up, the efficiency in communication, timeliness, and kindness of all involved was superb. They were thoughtful, helpful when I had questions , courteous and overall, just a great team. Grateful that I was placed there for my car repair and would go back if ever needed.
