After getting home, I noticed there are dozens of small specks of orange all over the tailgate where the work was done. It almost looks like backsplash/spray that was left to bake in the sun because it’s cleanable with a lot of scrubbing and it’s only on the tailgate (including spots on the license plate). Attempted a car wash and then spent almost an hour scrubbing and it’s still not fully clean.

Back driver’s side is still grinding, despite assurances that the tech “couldn’t hear anything.” Per the invoice, there wasn’t even an alignment done despite explaining the issues I was experiencing. Beyond that; the entire tailgate is now peppered with small rust flakes and will have to be scrubbed and re-sealed - even though they charged upwards of $400 for “paint and reseal.” Never again. It’s gonna cost another $1500 for me to get it to another shop and that’s what we will be doing.

I was impressed with the friendly service I received from everyone I encountered at Caliber Collision in Chaska, MN. Lisa was so kind and helpful, Mikey for the inspection/estimate and follow through when I brought it in for the repairs to the day I picked it up. They gave me a shiny clean “new” car. I’m grateful as a senior to have a company I trust so close to home.
