Above and beyond is the only way to describe it. Automated text messages kept me informed about the repair, but staff at caliber collision went above and beyond to call me and let me know exactly where things were at. Seems small but went a long ways in planning out my own schedule with getting my vehicle picked up, and dropping off my rental once it was completed
