Not recommending glass work

There was body work and glass / windshield work to be done. The body work was done well and looks very good. The windshield was not replaced despite the glass team conferencing in both myself and the insurance company and having a claim number. The Woman from caliber said she would work with the body shop team to get the windshield replaced, which wasn't done before it was picked up. I called and spoke with the body shop. They were going to arrange for the glass team to reach out to me. Its been a few days and still no call from the glass team.

Mikey was very accommodating, but the bumper was put together incorrectly and missing a part. Did not subtract from the rest of the work, which was wonderful. However there were multiple delays. I understand part delays but there were further delays that sent my schedule behind. Again the work that was done, the customer service, and the accommodations were excellent, but missing that part and the bumper being together wrong are mildly upsetting.
