My second encounter with Caliber Collision was an eventful one. The exhaust and muffler had to be replaced, due to someone hitting the back of my car, and going underneath my SUV. The repairs were done within a little over a week. When I got my vehicle back a few days later, I noticed that the bumper and the side panel were coming apart. I talked to Ray, who told me to bring it right in after work. When I arrived they immediately took it into the shop to see what was going on. They diagnosed that it was the exhaust melting the inside of the bumper. The plan was to get my car fixed as soon as possible, because I was taking an out of state trip. Ray, the manager even paid for a rental from Enterprise for me to have! The repairs were done and looked great! I was able to drive my own car and I am very, very pleased with the entire experience with this Caliber Collision on Township Line in Pennsylvania. Ray even refunded my $100.00 deductible to me for the inconvenience! That was a very pleasant surprise! I wasn't worried when there was a problem with the repairs, because I knew that Ray would take care of me and the situation. This Caliber Collision will always get my business and recommendations!

They were timely, very communicative and great customer service, it was the easiest experience I’ve ever had dealing with an automotive problem. At first I was skeptical because of the horror stories you hear. But caliber collision was farther from that truth. Greatest auto body shop around.
