Caliber - Chester Township

Ray was extremely nice and so was the lady at the front desk. I was very much shaken up from the accident. I had went to Urgent Care x-rays were done and what have you and they found that I had booze ribs and muscles and they had to heal on their own they hurt. I've been in a lot of pain and in the State of shock but they were kind with me they sent me daily emails to keep me updated as to what was going on with my car. They were nice enough when I was not feeling well my car was ready which I didn't think it would be ready that fast they can't even picked up the car so that I didn't have to do it and brought me my car which was vacuum and cleaned on the inside and I do appreciate that greatly. All in all I like caliber collision. Other I get settled in I'm going to put in a claim for the other tail light and have them fixed that as well I'll bring it to caliber collision once again I greatly appreciate the work that you have done I want to thank you for your staff reliable and dependable. The gentleman did help me take the stuff out of the car and put it into the other car because with back problems I am unable to do it he was very polite and I want to thank him as well and thank you all for giving me service so quickly enjoy the weekend. Yes I would recommend caliber collision because this is something my husband had used when he was alive. But what I couldn't understand is why they sent me to caliber collision 7.5 mi away from my home as opposed to the one that was 5.1 miles away from my own on Chester Pike but nevertheless they did a good job I just didn't understand why they sent me to the one on 9th Street when I was actually close to the one on Chester Pike

Ray was extremely nice about informing me what the damage was and what was going to be fixed. I can't believe they finished as fast as they did I was looking for the expected date of March the 7th but they were finished way before that they even clean the inside out and left it smelling nice.
