Caliber Collision is a great company in my view. I’m not compensated to say this but from the moment I left my van to be worked on, I was treated right by the customer service. Got several texts and calls regarding the status of repair; when I had a request to have the mini van earlier than scheduled ready they did everything possible to fulfill my request.

Everyone was very welcoming. The work looks great as the whole back end is new. There is still a rear light cover that needs to be replaced but A+ work on everything else.

The issues are beyond what Caliber's customer service representative can address. The issues are beyond what an individual operating with the limits of company procedures can address. If someone with Caliber capable address more fundamental operating procedures please call, otherwise it will be a waste of my time and yours.

Marlena communicated with me throughout process, via text with step by step progress. That tells me that she is not just relaying information but is involved with the progress. I have chosen CC in the past and so far I have not had any disappointments to date. When I got the call that the damaged was repaired she walked with me to my vehicle and thoroughly explained the process of the repairing of the damage. I'll continue to choose CC in the future and will request Malena as my agent. She projects intelligence and honesty. That's a quality that's rare these days. My intention wasn't to set her on a pedestal but I believe it needed to be said. Thank you and GOD bless

I brought in my truck to have the work done and when I received the truck back, it had a crooked bumper, spacing in both parking lights at 1/2 an inch and lettering that was installed offset. I had to have GEICO come out and reassign the job to DRP collision center, who is certified for this type of work. DRP accessed the truck and work completed by Caliber and they couldn’t believe the condition. Not happy at all!

I already replied it was the worst service I’ve ever had and I had to take it to another collision center to repair it properly. Even the Field adjuster came out from GEICO and said it was jacked up.
