The staff is very friendly and professional!! I had a great experience with Caliber Collision!! Joshua was very helpful and explained everything in detail from start to finish!! He told me if I had any questions or concerns to give him a call, I don't have to call because he always kept me informed about everything!! I was very pleased with the outcome of my vehicle!! The communication was poor. I had to request estimates and so did insurance company. Caliber said it would be emailed as soon as estimate was done and I did not get neither did insurance, I requested it several times. The first repair was poorly done. I brought my son whom is a collision technician and he checked vehicle before I picked it up and he noticed many defects and things missed or ignored in the repair. Second time the rear bumper has defect from factory, I took pictures and worker from caliber do as well. I was told it a new bumper will be ordered and replaced I still have not heard from caliber! I would not recommend this shop again!
