Overall, I probably would recommend Caliber Collision to a friend or colleague because of the customer service. I just am not 100% pleased about the paint and slight damages on my car.

The repair itself was great. Matt and Ashley made sure my fog light was fixed and mounted correctly. I just was not happy with what seems like white paint splatters on my car, the small scratches on the left upper corner of my hood, and the small dots (scratches) all over my winshield.

Matt and Ashley were very nice throughout the whole process. When I came to pick my car up, Ashley made sure I was all set to go and explained the repairs completed on my car. I didn't get a good look around my car other than the repairs on site because I was so excited to get my car back.
