Really great leaving the car and knowing it would be done professionally. It looks perfect. My only comment would be regarding texts I received being so frequent and the date of completion kept changing.

The lady that works in the garage with the gauges was awesome. She is super friendly and explained the whole process. The young receptionist with the long blonde hair however was not very friendly or helpful. Overall it was a fast easy process.

Everyone in the office from the front desk, to the GEICO adjuster, the car repair woman and even the rental car gentleman were all very friendly! My son enjoyed getting a bag of popcorn and the repairs were very quick and well done. My car was detailed without me asking. Shawn the enterprise agent offered assistance with carrying my child's car seat from my car to the rental and the repair woman also assisted with taking my belongings from the rental and back to my car at the end of the day. I am very pleased with everyone and everything at caliber collision. Keep up the awesome work!!

first time at the Hull Street new location and the service, updates and all communication on a very professional level. When the car wasn't finished on the date first noted(only because underlying issues were discovered) they were gracious in providing incentives due to the delay. OF course I hope never to go back...damaged car!! but if I have the need I would by all means go to this organization and will tell mey friends and family.

Suggestion...being the new property get benches out side as you have the shaded area I would be nice to sit outside when waiting as the weather becomes noice
