Repair was reduced from original 3 day estimate to 2 days per my request (not even a quibble about it ). Despite an unexpected problem, car was STILL ready on time! Periodic updates are a nice touch. Good front desk staff. Smooth, seamless operation to get me back in the car. Repair looked like it just came from the showroom floor. Bravo Zulu! USCG/USN lingo for Well Done!
