The Caliber rep, Josh, was excellent, as was the completed work. However there were significant delays from your supplier; which delayed completion of the repair, which ends up being frustrating and difficult for this client. It would seem that needs to be addressed! A second problem was the Friday take in which immediately wastes two days of my time, over the weekend, before repair process begins, and costs me rental car money.
