They called me yesterday that my car was ready and when I went to picked up there were two different tones of blue on the paint on the door handle I rejected it so they would have to repaint it again and am still waiting for it to be ready

My alignment is still off, and there’s still scratching when I turn.

The body work was corrected but there should’ve been a full diagnostic ran. Also ot took 3 weeks, then I have to turn around to bring it back. A big inconvenience. The insurance company made sure you all got paid timely.

I picked my car up may 27, after it been in you guy’s possession for 3 weeks. May 28, my car signaled over heat. May 29, I turned my car on and it read the same thing. At this point, I am assuming there’s no coolant so I drive to a near by gas station. After lifting the hood, I noticed that there was no solution so I began adding coolant. I noticed that the solution was draining and not holding anything. I then searched to find the issue, that’s when I noticed my coolant reservoir was broken. That was very negligent on you guys part because there should have been a full diagnostic ran before returning my car back to me.
