My car was fixed earlier than expected and they stayed in communication with me. I have to say I had no clue about Caliber Collision until this time and I picked this shop because of its name hoping for top of the line service and that’s exactly what I received, when I had my appointment the young at the gate was polite and when I entered the shop I met Grace whom was very polite clearly stating what was about to happening with my repair service, she kept aware of the situation every step of the way until completion. With that said I was very pleased with Caliber Collision keep the great customer service and yes I will recommend them as I will be returning soon.
