The team at Caliber Collision was absolutely incredible! They were so helpful, professional, and truly went above and beyond to do a great job on my car. At a time when customer service can sometimes seem to have declined over the years, this team really stood out. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. When I picked up my car, it looked like new! I especially appreciated that they went out of their way to remind me about the possibility of small pieces of glass being left on some of the items I had left in my car after the vandalism. That kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail really says a lot about their commitment to their customers. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs repairs. They made a difficult situation much easier, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful service I received!

I initially worked with Chris and unfortunately was not having a great experience. I respectfully expressed that I had concerns that the communication regarding updates on my car were not as clear and forthcoming. I also relayed my frustration about the fact that my car had been sitting there for a week with no work done when I was verbally told by Chris that the work would likely be completed in a week upon dropping it off. I found that Chris’ tone was dismissive and that he repeatedly made unnecessary passive comments such as “you dont have to get your car fixed here”. After these comments, I requested to speak with the manager, Ryan. Ryan took the time to listen and understand my concerns which I appreciate. Because of Ryan I left feeling much better about my experience. I don’t write reviews often but in this instance I felt it would be important to note on how what started off as a poor experience turned positive due to Ryan’s willingness to be kind, listen, and help me.
