There were wires cut to my lights that shouldn’t have even been touched now out out $100+ additional and what is going to take me a few hours to replace if I can’t fix it with that I have.

Although the repairs were completed I have an issue with one of my exterior lights. When I dropped the car off it was working and now it’s not. When repairing the light on the driver side did something happen to stop the left passenger side light from working?

Visiting a body shop is not something anyone looks forward to, especially after the inconvenience and stress that come with having a vehicle damaged. However, if you need your car repaired, I highly recommend Caliber on Morgan st.. From the moment I arrived, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The shop is very organized, and the staff are polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain the repair process, answer my questions, and keep me informed every step of the way. One of the things I appreciated most was their communication. I received regular updates on the status of the repair, which gave me confidence that the work was progressing as planned. It was reassuring to know exactly what was happening with my vehicle without having to call and ask for updates. The quality of the repair was excellent and the work was done in about a week, which was faster than I expected. Overall, my experience with Caliber was positive.
