Chris kept me updated on each step of the process and also provided insight about how they evaluate whether the door would need to be replaced in alignment with my and any passenger safety. I greatly appreciated the whole team's professionalism, great craftsmanship and the additional guarantee to stand behind the work done and provide that peace of mind. Even though insurance was paying for the repairs, I greatly appreciate the transparency in pricing. I know that they will be upfront and honest about the cost of parts and labor and amount of time needed. Lastly, I greatly appreciate their attention to detail whether it was the great coordination with Enterpise rental car so that I wouldn't have to make the extra calls or the cleaning of my car to return it better than they received it in every way. That was a wonderful surprise and added a rainbow to my day. Thank you Caliber!!!
