My experience was amazing from the quote, setting the appointment and turn around time. When I pick up the truck I could see from a distance how great the truck looked when I pulled in and up close it’s even better. 10 out of 10 experience.

The turn around time for my vehicle was amazing!! I dropped it off and they told me it would be ready on the 17th and I had my car back to me on the 11th, my car was only in the shop for about a week and a half!!

Great service start to finish. Bill communicated through whole repair. The BEST PART: My house is 5 miles down a dirt road, I have not cleaned the inside of my pick up in 2 years. To my surprise when I picked up my pick up it was detailed inside and out thank you very much. Because it is pointless it will not stay clean

The General Manager, Mikki, kept me updated throughout the process, the body man, Eric, did an excellent job putting my vehicle back together and the painter, Sean, did an outstanding job matching the color and making the repair invisible. Shop # 2105 did a great job repairing my vehicle. The bodyman Eric J. got all the damaged parts replaced and took great care installing the new parts, everything looks perfect. The painter, Sean did an excellent job matching my vehicles existing color making the repair invisible.

I got the run around on parts being ordered that were never ordered. Then changing the story to how they weren’t ordered because insurance wasn’t paying for them. Then calling insurance company myself for them to say that they have never heard from anyone regarding my claim or getting another estimate/supplement approved.
