I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and they started tearing down snd looking it over the next day. They were very fast and my car looked brand new upon receiving. The texts with updates were an added bonus, however, I prefer talking to someone in store. Over all it took about 3 weeks from start to finish which was a lot faster than I expected. Rolando was very nice and informative of any questions I might’ve had. Only comments I have were my coolant was low upon pick up and there was still debris from the accident under the hood. Rolando was quick to fix both things for me upon request. Thank you guys!

The repair was completed quickly and communication was great. However, there were issues with attention detail: 4 or 5 paint nibs on the fender, the old wheel well liner, jack access panel, jack tools, and lug nut key were all left loose in the back of the car. I accepted the vehicle with the nibs in the paint due to the need for the vehicle during the holidays. I noticed the mess in the back hours after I picked up the car.

Everyone was fantastic!!! Ronaldo was great with communicating updates about my car, between an oil problem I had to when it would be ready to pick it up. China Spring Caliber Collision will be the place I'm going to from now on for my vehicle repairs!
