very nice customer service. The quality of the work is good if everything you want addressed is taken care of. The work took longer than expected and longer than quoted.

Further work was required on my car after picking it up. The trunk was not realigned properly and therefore would not stay closed, it was a careless oversight. Additionally, I had asked for work to be done to the front bumper, driver side mirror. The bumper looks great and the pain matches well, however the mirror was not addressed and I was sent home with a bottle of touch-up paint to do it myself. My car was left dirty and a complete mess on the inside. There was pain left on the steering wheel, which I'm not sure why it was there in the first place. All items had been removed from the trunk for the work to take place but were not placed back in the trunk and were strewn around the inside of my vehicle.

I'm very happy with how they dealt with the body work. I'm not at all pleased that they ruined my battery and then neglected to tell me that my car would not start without an aggressive jump from another car. I think this is unethical and could have put me in a dangerous position.

When I picked up the car they neglected to tell me that they had to jump the car to get it started. When I got it home and tried to restart it was dead. The dome light had been left on and the battery was completely drained - and ruined. I had to purchase another battery the next day for a cost of more than 100.00. Between when I picked up my car and getting the new battery the next day my car had to be jump started every time I turned it off. When I picked up the car Anthony suggested that I let it run while we completed the paperwork inside the shop because "it was hot outside." The car was not easy to start with the jumper cables, it took several minutes of charging off the other car's battery. I think this was amazingly unprofessional and dangerous for me.
