My Experience

Caliber Collision was very helpful and professional in taking care of me and especially my Honda. I was surprised that the shop was closed when I arrived at 531PM. Especially since the staff had told me prior to my coming in for my repair that my car would not be looked at until the following week. My accident was Thursday and the office person told me the car would not be looked at until Monday or Tuesday. But on Thursday when I talked to Adrian, he said they will work on it probably starting Friday afternoon or Saturday. When I got the message that my car was ready for pick- up that I could get it that evening. I arrived late as Enterprise said that I would get the special gas rate if I filled it at the 3/4 mark. So I pulled into the service station at L st and 805. When I got to Caliber Collision at 531PM. No one was there. I thought the way that Adrian had said to come in this afternoon, I wasn’t aware or the 530PM CLOSING TIME. My ERROR. I will go back to Caliber Collision if I have any other repairs on my car. They did a fantastic job!
